The risk management is a process that examines, analyzes and tracks the development of existing risks in order to decrease the negative effect of their eventual occurrence, or to provide the opportunity to benefit from their occurrence.
Risk management aims to be proactive - to work with harm/opportunities long before they become reality.
A large part of the risks that an enterprise may incur are likely to be anticipated. They are called certain risks. These are the risks that can be managed. There are parts that can not be predicted. Such risks are called unknowns. Such risks can only be controlled by techniques such as anticipating a financial, time, or material reserve.
